You can cancel a lead package order any time before completing Razorpay payment by leaving checkout or clearing your cart. No amount is charged before successful payment.
Paid lead packages are digital products. Once leads are delivered or made available in the buyer dashboard, cancellation is generally not available.
Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method through Razorpay or the relevant payment channel. Bank or payment provider timelines may apply after the refund is initiated.
Refunds are not provided merely because a purchased lead does not convert into a project, the buyer changes their mind after delivery, or the buyer misuses or fails to contact the leads.
